CSR is not a new concept, but over the past decade its focus has shifted from labour issues and local philanthropy towards environmental actions. Numerous factors are driving this trend, including cost cutting efficiency improvements, emergence of generation of green consumers etc. United Group believes that a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility program can protect and enhance a company’s brand.

Legal Responsibilities:- Following UAE federal law is the foundation of our corporate responsibility A company cannot benefits to society if it doesn’t adhere to labour and tax laws and applicable industry regulations.

Emiratisation :- Complying the decree of MOHRE, United Group offer titled positions to Nationals those who deserve.

Green Corporate :- Our objective for the year 2019 is an initiative to create a paperless work environment by greatly reducing use of papers. Completely eliminating the use of paper is not practical however by means of e documents United Group will be encompassing this possible motive. Awareness drives have been organized by our HR department at our offices to reduce our carbon footprint by altering our lifestyle a bit.

Conservation of Natural Resources :- We have implemented steps to reduce consumption of electricity and water and thus avoid wastage at our offices.

Initiatives for Employee Welfare :- We conduct Medical Camps by associating with hospitals, we encourage Team bonding activities like participating in cricket tournaments, best guard of the month award and best guard of the year award is also given regularly.
